2D, Top-down melee combat - Triggers not working.
I have an animation enabling this Capsule Collider 2D upon clicking, and swinging the sword. It is a trigger, and I am sure that the hitbox is correctly enabling and moving upon clicking. I have a script looking for an OnTriggerEnter with another player, sending a message to the log, but I don't get any messages, leaving me to believe it doesn't touch the player for some reason?
How could I fix this?
Yes, the player has a collider and rigidbody
It may be because what you are trying to hit doesn't have a collider
I said that the player that im trying to hit has a collider
