Blender imported animation changes rotation
I have a basic humanoid in my scene. I made a walk and an idle animation for him in Blender, and when shown in the Unity editor window, it looks fine. At runtime, however, the character is on his side. Any ideas?
Take a look at this, you probably need to apply it to both your model and your armature http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/blender-unity-rotation-fix.181870/

Mess with different values of the "Root motion node" in the imported animations, changing "none" to "RootTransform" fixed this for me.
