Using a good tone of voice when replying to posts
This is a gentle reminder to make sure we as Moderators are using a good tone of voice when replying to posts.
If you find posts submitted through the Moderation Queue that you want to reject, be polite when you leave a reason. We want to welcome all users and sometimes that requires guiding them in the right direction, whether that be the Learn material, Documentation, Forums or the Help Room. It's up to you where you suggest they turn in order to get started with finding a solution.
Please hurry up and add back the functionality to provide comment directly from $$anonymous$$od queue before rejecting.
We're working on solving issues before implementing new features, so no ETA yet.
Thanks for the update; not to split hairs but the ability to comment+reject from $$anonymous$$od queue was there prior to upgrade, not a new feature in that sense.
Anyway, happy coding looking forward to seeing the changes.
Unfortunately that did lead to the Site breaking -1 Answers bug :D
Support and dZone are TOTALLY SIC$$anonymous$$ of me complaining at them regarding that bug so they are not budging until they know they can fix it ;)
We're on a new system, and therefor have to implement each new feature. It's co$$anonymous$$g :)
