How can I show a prompt for the user when my standalone application crashes?
I have a standalone Linux application that requires graphic drivers to be installed properly. But if these are not found the application crashes immediately after launch without any error messages (before splash screen). This user experience is not acceptable in our case as there is no communication of the error to the user.
I have checked the Player.log file and the error is logged there and it is because the proper graphic libraries are not found on the system.
My question is how can I generate a prompt and show this error/exception string to the user when the app crashes?
Any leads will be very much appreciated. Thanks
