Highscore problem. Crossdomain.xml
Hi!
I'm making a Pinball game for an assignment at school, but I'm having a problem with my highscore feature.
SecurityException: No valid crossdomain policy available to allow access
When I made the highscore database and PHP files, it worked perfectly when running in the editor without a crossdomain.xml. When I got home, uploaded my game to 'www.home.no/myusername' and added a crossdomain.xml, it didnt work. I know the crossdomain.xml needs to be in the root, but in this case i have no control over the root domain, www.home.no. Its a website where you can register with a username and upload you're website (or other things).
My question is, will 'home.no/myusername' act as a root domain or is my .xml file written wrong?
<?xml version="1.0"?>
<cross-domain-policy>
<allow-access-from domain="*" />
</cross-domain-policy>
