Mecanim random Bugs

Hello guys, i'd like to see if anyone other than me are getting these random mecanim bugs ( Maybe its something i'm doing wrong), because sometimes, they get really annoying! There are lots of random things that happens, for exemple: I've made a script fot foot placement using basic raycasting, it changes the bone positions in Late Update. but sometimes, it just stop working, and all i have to do is to restart unity and then it works again. The other one is a lot more irritating, it happens randomly after I changed things in the mecanim windom, and i try to start the game, i get all sorts of Null References and bugs, and again, i just have to save and restart unity and everything is fine. I'm worried that these bugs may occour during the game, after i finish my project, and also, it's very time consuming, because every time i want to change things with mecanim, I have to keep restarting unity when the bugs occour. Well, i hope this get fixed in later versions! ( Sorry for my bad english! )

I have had similar issues creating a cut scene by stringing together animations in Mecanim. Sometimes, the position of a character is slightly displaced and I have to test each tweak I have made several times to make sure it's not a bug-like artifact.

After you finish your project, I have found that the final time you test the project will be the way it will run after it's published. That is - if the final version doesn't show the bug, it won't happen at some random time in the future.

I see you asked the question almost 10 months ago... would definitely love to hear if you've encountered anything new.

Well, i havent found any solution to this, in these 10 months i learned how to program better and how to depend less on mecanim... try making your own animation systems via script, so you can have more control over what you're doing
