What should a Unity3D team be like?
I want to create an iPhone game using Unity3D and I want to know what should the team be like? I have iPhone programming experience and I know some artists with 3D modeling skills. But how can we collaborate together? Is there any best practice on how such a team should work together? Or is there any people who could share your experience?
