My animation inspector is disabled and I don't know why.
On a fresh install of 2018.4.15f1. Create/Animation, select new animation and look at inspector. The inspector is all greyed out and disabled, unable to check loop time or edit any values. File is not read-only. No one else on the project seems to have this issue. Prefab inspector also seems to be disabled but I'm not sure if that's a result of the new prefab system or not...
Solved. I was signed out of version control. Edit > Project Settings... > Editor
