Are cached asset bundles persistent when application updates?
Hi,
I'm developing a project for iOS and Android.
I would like to use WWW.LoadFromCacheOrDownload to download asset bundles. This should cache asset bundles between sessions so that users won't have to download every time they run the app.
What happens if I release an update for my app? Will users have to download asset bundles all over again?
Thanks

This is a question we really need an answer to. When we update our iOS app much of the data in the sandbox seems to break. We don't know exactly what is going on under the hood as this only seems to happen when the app is live. The Unity cache clearing could be one possible explanation.
it's a huge pain in the ass that updating on TFA DOES erase your data, but updating on app store does NOT.
