Cloud Build Can't connect to Mercurial Repo ( Repo is not accessible. )

I added our repo to Cloud Build successfully: http://prntscr.com/bjxych

We managed to get a builds running just fine. The builds are set to listen for automatic changes.

However at some point, cloud build stopped responding.

I tried to see if the Mercurial repo is accessible and I get: Repo is not accessible. Please check your URL and repo settings.

Our repo URL is: https://user@bitbucket.org/user/project

I also tried with : https://bitbucket.org/user/project

Both of those cases returned the same error.

Are there any recent changes we might be missing ?
