Animator and animations issue
I've got a problem with an Animator in Unity 5. I've got few animations and I attached them to Animator Controller in Unity (screen). Everything works fine, but when character begins to move and animate, animations start from scratch every frame and it looks awful. How can I set Animator to loop animations? And how can I set that animation will end immediately when the conditions aren't met (character stops so it immediately ends run animation and starts idle animation)?

What is probably causing the animation to start over every frame is that "Any State" has a direct transition to the run animations. What this means is that, so long as the conditions are met, it will keep transitioning to itself over and over.
By turning that off, it will disallow "Any State" to transition to "Running" if that's the current animation.
Next, if you want your animations to end immediately when the conditions aren't met, uncheck "Has Exit Time" (refer to first checkbox of image). This means the animation can be transitioned to no matter what the state of the current animation is. With both these settings turned off, your animations should look proper.
