Questions(2) stuck in moderation queue, can not publish, can not reject.
I have two questions stuck in moderation queue at the top. There is no button to publish or reject. I have closed one question as it was answered by me and accepted by the user. This question still shows in moderation queue. About The other question, I left a comment and came back to publish but the publish button was gone.
I tried moving the questions to helproom but these questions are still in my moderation queue.

Those 2 are stuck in "my" mod q as well (there's just one big one for everyone.) Sometimes things get stuck, and this probably isn't your fault, but it might help to clarify the steps: for the second Q, you first left a comment while it was in moderation. Was the first Q the same way - answered while it was in moderation?
Style-wise, it's considered polite to publish before answering. New users have complained how answer-then-publish is a trick moderators use to s$$anonymous$$l points for themselves, not giving anyone else a chance. But I don't think it breaks the Publish button.
Yes, I leave a comment before publishing it but I never answer them, I only leave a comment.
But moderator guideline says "If you add a comment to a post that's in the moderation queue, make sure to publish or reject it immediately". So for every question I open it in a new tab -> leave a comment -> publish it from queue tab.

I hit the "Reject" button on both of these questions and they were removed from the mod queue. They shouldn't have been in there anyway since they went to the Help Room. This place has become so broken.
There's no "my" in moderation queue. There's a single mod queue that everyone with enough rep sees.
That's why sometimes a Q will seem to move around on it's own -- someone else is also handling it. That's also why you can ignore it without worrying about any users Qs getting stuck. No one's Q's are waiting just for you to approve them.
I find it annoying that I still have to approve questions I move to the Help Room. Broken indeed.
