Xcode 5.1.1 error with Unity iPhone App
I built an iPhone application in Unity and got the Xcode project file on my Windows PC.
I moved my files to my friend's Mac which has the Mavericks OS and Xcode 5.1.1. I cannot use Xcode 6.
I'm using the latest IOSNative asset from the Asset Store, but I doubt that's causing the problem I keep getting a "use of undeclared identifier 'UIUserNotificationSettings' error and other undeclared identifier errors
Is this some error about iOS 8? How do I bypass that if I'm using Xcode 5.1.1?
How do I fix this error. I looked everywhere and could not find a solution. Please help.
I have the same issue same as you! I think UIUserNotificationSettings declared in iOS 8 SD$$anonymous$$
I think if you use the latest iOS 8 on your device, you have to use the latest version of xCode.
I recently updated my phone to iOS 8.3 and i had to update to xCode 6.3, to be able to build my game to my iPhone. Otherwise xCode was giving me some errors...
xCode 6 needs OS X Yosemite and I have $$anonymous$$avericks.
Yeah. I have updated OSx and then xCode, when i updated my iPhone to iOS 8. Otherwise xCode did wanted to build my game..
Btw. I'm not saying your problem coud be because of that. But i had similar problem (Don't remember the exact error though) and when i updated to OSx it was okay...

Hello, I am the developer of the IOSNative plugin. Point is that you need to use XCode 6, since the plugin contains API that can be compiled only with XCode 6 However you can always contact the support team via stans.assest@gmail.com, we always trying to assist our customers with the solving any issues connected with our products.
