Drag on Scroll Rect Non Proportional

Is there a way to have a Scroll Rect Content Moving more than proportional?

Because now, I Drag the content inside, and it moves exactly with my touch or mouse dragging, But I want to move it more than the touch, meaning that If Drag for example 10 pixeles to the right, the content will move 20 pixeles to the right and not 10.
