I can not open old scenes

Hi, I have some tutorials created with older version of unity and when I try to open the project files with version 3.5 I get message for project upgrade and I have only two buttons: "Continue" and "Quit"

I pressed Continue but none of the scenes in the project want to open. only the camera is visible !!
