Which Is The Better Lighting, Progressive CPU Or Enlighten?
I wanted to know if either progressive CPU or enlighten was the best option for lighting in a scene because whenever I use progressive CPU it sometimes takes up to SEVEN HOURS to bake the scene. However, enlighten doesn't look as good as progressive CPU. So, is one better than the other?

Both do different things, so it's really down to preference. Progressive is supposed to be the faster, more modern lightmapper, whereas Enlighten is meant for realtime GI. I personally prefer the results of Enlighten, although it generally takes longer to render (and is being deprecated in all future versions of Unity until a new realtime lightmapper is released with Unity 2021). It's really impossible to avoid long bake times in general, its kinda the whole purpose of offline rendering; take the extra time to do it now so that you have better results for the end user. You could try the Progressive GPU variant (which will be significantly more powerful and faster when it is finished), but I've never been able to get it to work.
