Unity4 Win standalone Resolution Dialog wont save settings.

I recently upgraded to Unity 4 Pro and moved my project over to it. However the Resolution Dialog (that appears before the game loads) no longer saves the last used settings. It always reverts back to the default.

Double checked on multiple machines with no success. Anyone know how to fix this?
