2D predefined path for enemies
Hello everyone, I've been wondering on how to create the movement "effect" that we always see in 2D space shooter games, if you watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7pCdU1L5bU starting from 00:20 you will understand what am talking about, i want to know if this kind of behavior have a technical name so i can search for it, and then if possible to give me some resources to get along with this.
thank you very much

UPDATE Changed answer:
What you are looking for is Path Animation. It can be done in Unity very simply using iTween. There is also a visual editor for iTween that allows you to do path animation without any programming.
no no :p am not talking about any graphical effect, it's about how the enemies move, it's like doing some $$anonymous$$m dance or something like that :p thank you for replying but that's not what am looking for
Your question was very vague. It didn't even mention "enemies", or whatever I should be looking out for in the video. Please try to be as specific as possible so you can be helped.
I watched the animation several times. Which level are you talking about? All I could see was plain path animation. Nothing special.
" plain path animation " yes that's what i was talking about, it's how the enemies follow a "complex" path through the level, they don't just come from top screen and go to the bottom, i hope i made it clearer, sorry for the confusion and thank you for your help
I have updated my answer.

thank you,the term " Path Animation " is what am looking for, i know about iTween, but actually the "problem" is the "without any program$$anonymous$$g" :p my goal is to be a game programmer not a game designer, so if you have any further information for "path animation" i will be very grateful. thank you very much
