Importing animations from iclone are wrong scale for model
I have a model in unity that I imported into iClone5 to make some additional animations. Once I made the animations I then tried to import them back into unity and although all the rotations are correct, the root motion is scaled incorrectly (by a factor of around 0.013). (Because the original model was scaled like this when it was imported.
I can use the animations by removing the root T. but then I lose any walk/ height information in the animation.
Changing the import .fbx model scale in unity doesn't seem to effect the animation transform scale AT ALL.
Unfortunately iclone won't let me alter the exported model scale, so I can alter the animation scale in the other program.
I need some way of altering the imported animation scale, the .fbx file is exported from iclone as a binary file so I can't do it using a script outside the iclone application.
I noticed this previous question but it didn't reach a conclusion. If I have to rescale everything in the scene to esure that my model is import scaled to 1 then I'll have to rescale hundreds of scene objects, and it might mess up other object animations.
Any help appreciated.
