read data from android & ios bluetooth ?

what is the simplest way to read data from bluetooth on android & ios ?

i know you can do it with plugins, however, i couldn't find any free ones.

• do you recommend any free plugins ?

we are building an sdk that will process the data coming from the bluetooth & will be releasing it as an open source sdk.

• do you know any paid plugin whose license supports this ?
