Keeping Aspect Ratio without filling screen
Ok, I am going to try and articulate this. When I worked in Xcode with sprite kit, I could set a scene to Aspect.Fill mode which would display the scene size and all UI elements and GameObjects to the same size as the editor. For example, I used an iPad pro in the editor so when I ran the app on iPad, it perfectly fit the screen. But when I ran it on iPhone, it would've blacked out the ends and fill the center of the screen with the iPad aspect ratio rectangle. I hope this makes sense. How would I do this in unity? I've played around with all the camera and canvas settings but cannot achieve it.
