Objects don't cast shadow when too close to wall.
I don't understand why some objects in the scene don't cast shadow when they are too close to wall or floor. Here an example:
In this case only the parts of the object away from the wall cast shadow, but the parts too close to wall no.
I don't understand this problem. Please help me.

Because that's how shadows are rendered. If it weren't for this, you would face numerous other artifacts with self-shadowing, etc. If you want to reduce this, you can lower the shadow bias/near plane of the shadows of your light source, but it may lead to other problems. From the looks of it, you are using a point light, and as such you still may not be able to fully reduce the distance.
you're right, i'm using point light but i can't reduce bias anymore (and if i reduce it to 0, the problem is not solved at all) i noticed that spot light have less problems like this, but in this scene i created neon lamp and spot light are not good for these
Unfortunately, there isn't really much of a fix for this. Light probes are used in the calculation of realtime ambient lighting, and so have little to do with shadow rendering.
