can i integrate opencv with unity to android?

Hi there! I'm working on a unity project which needs some image processing. The image processing part requires using the opencv library. I saw around here some lads which succeeded to use opencv in unity when using webcam. My question is that: can i do the same thing to android (i mean using openCV with android camera in order to do an image process later) if so it's wonderful. If not can i do integration between a "regular" android applicaion and a unity3d android application? Thanks!
