Lighting with scaled sprites
I've been using the diffuse sprite material so I could light some elements in my game. I noticed, though, that having a sprite that was stretched out resulted in the lights beings cast on the sprite had no effect anywhere than in the center of the object basically. The more stretched, the closer to the center it needed to be for the light to even show up. If the lights weren't inside of this deadzone, they simply wouldn't show up on the sprite. Is this supposed to happen? If not, what's the case?
We need more information. That is something that has to recreated before it can be answered. Screen Shots would be best. One of the scene where you can see the sprite and the lightsource. And then shots of the inspector for the sprite and the light.
Thank you.
