Tilling material on sprites it's not working correctly
I'm trying to tilling a material to make it reapeat its textures more times on a object. But it's not working, instead, when I'm increasing tilling it's scaling the the texture to a smaller size in the same object.
In your screenshot the SpriteRenderer says: "$$anonymous$$aterial texture property _$$anonymous$$ainTex has offset/scale set.It is incompatible with SpriteRenderer." So I guess you can't use tiling together with a SpriteRenderer ...

Sprite Renderer could not support tiling. Use other renderer like NGUI or UGUI image. This is short sample:
Add UI/Image to Scene.
Insert image to source image, and change Image Type to Tiled.
Finally, test tiling to change transform width and height.
Of course you can control to change tiling in material, but then you have to use other renderer like plane. This case, also change texture Wrap mode to repeat.
