Do Occlusion culling works on spawning objects in realtime

I am creating a runner game and i want to use occlusion culling to optimize my game so if you know then please help me. In my game the roads are spawning and how can i use occlusion culling. And other question is that if i close occlusion culling tab then why my occlusion culling not working please help me.

If you've baked it then it will work with anything in the scene. The occlusion tab shows a preview of the culling, closing the tab closes the preview.
