Error when i'm building with unity3d 3.5 not beta

Question

unity when i'm building the scene give me a strange error

Blockquote Assets/Standard Assets/Character Controllers/Sources/Scripts/ThirdPersonController.js(193,54): UCW0003: WARNING: Bitwise operation '|' on boolean values won't shortcut. Did you mean '||'?

the strange of this error is the fact that I'm not using the ThirdPersonController but the first person controller and i can't build a test scene how can I fix that error?
