Mason's Bubble Blast

Author Comments

Mason must use his bubble blaster to escape the evil ferrets!

This game was originally made for my girlfriend's son for Christmas. Use the arrow keys to run and the spacebar to shoot and do tricks on the snowboard. If the spacebar doesn't work (Mac users), you can use the 'a' key to shoot as well.

Programming by Tom Fulp!

Art by Jose Ortiz!

Narration, Queen Peanut and Ginsu voiced by Oxyjen

(Just a another friendly little side note..This game was intentionally made with a 6 year old in mind..So Some may find it a little on the easy side:)

The Song is Called "robotNIK-Remix"

Wholesome, too wholesome, obviously the game wasn't intended for the public, but rather was released after you guys realized it was pretty good. Due to that I feel like some of the voices come off as cringey, or odd, but honestly I'm okay with that seeing the story in the description.

The animation was cute, very cartoonish, and when it wasn't it was photos put in for it, actually overall it kind of reminded me a little of Cuphead.

It was surprisingly challenging, but since you could always start from where you lost, the challenge is pretty much gone when you choose to hit continue instead of restart. Some of the challenge was artificial, as in you couldn't possibly avoid hits sometimes a few ferrets showed up.

this is hard

Why is this titled "Mason's Bubble Blast 2"? Did there used to be more than one of these games or is the ONLY one you made back then? If so, please show me the link to the original game!

That kid got a damn good present (get the feeling he's probably the same age as me now, ha). Still like the humor in this and it's kind of impressive for such an early Flash game to have a secret boss. My only real problem with this one is there's no point to the snowboarding bits between every level but I'm gonna put that down to time constraints.

Mason is 72 years old now. Feel old yet?
