  • Help with ONLINE ORDERS - Common Questions 
    • I have ordered an ebook or other items that needs to be downloaded.  How do I get it?
      • Shortly after you complete the order, you will receive an email with a link to the downloads.
      • If you don't see the email in your inbox, it might have ended up in your "Junk E-Mail" or "Spam" folder.
      • You will also be emailed a username and password.  If you need to download the items again, you can go to the User Login page.  Enter your username and password to access the download(s) and your order information.
    • I'm worried about entering my bank card information on a website.
      • Our shopping cart checkout pages use secure SSL 256-bit encryption.  The data you enter is encrypted and sent directly to a bank.  We never see your bank card number (just the last 4 digits).
    • How long does it take to get my order?
      • Downloaded items - you will be able to download purchased items immediately after checkout.  You will also receive a link to the items so you can download the items at a later date.  (If you run into any issues, please drop us an email.)
      • Shipped items - we ship US Priority Mail and the items are usually shipped the day of your order or next business day.  Shipments within the US usually take from 2 to 4 business days.  (See other delivery information below)
    • I'm having trouble!  Who should I contact?

 

  • Shipping and Delivery Times
    • Orders are shipped US Priority mail either the day we receive the order or the next business day.  Below are the expected transit times.  Transit times vary during different times of the year and are not guaranteed.
      • US Orders- 2 to 4 business days
      • International Orders - 1 to 6 weeks. Shipping transit time vary greatly depending on customs and location.  We have found US Priority Mail is the most cost effective and dependable.  Below are typical shipping transit times:
        • Canada and Mexico - 1 to 2 weeks
        • UK - 1 to 4 weeks
        • Australia - 2 to 5 weeks
        • Asia - 2 to 8 weeks
        • Europe - 1 to 5 week
           
  • Delivery Delays
    • At times severe weather or seasonal mail congestion may cause an unexpected delay in your delivery. 
       
  •  Tracking your shipment
    • We ship Priority Mail Flat Rate (Reliable service at economical rates).   Unfortunately, online tracking is not available for Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes.
    • Luckily, we have found Priority Mail to be extremely dependable.
       
  • Order Entry Errors
    • Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if you make an error in your order.  Email support@ixl.com with corrections.
       
  • Canceling an Order
    • Please email support@ixl.com  immediately if you wish to cancel your order.  If your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned.
       
  • Canceling an Online Subscription
    • Online recurring subscriptions can easily be canceled by logging into your account and choosing "Settings" then "Manage Subscriptions".  To cancel the subscription, click on "Cancel".  You subscription will discontinue at the end of the billing cycle.
    • If no subscription is listed, your subscription is NOT recurring and you won't be automatically billed at the end of the subscription.

  • Returning an Order
    • Please contact support@ixl.com for a return authorization form.  Note:  Return shipping may be deducted from the amount of your refund if the reason for your return is not the result of an error on our part.
       
  • Undelivered Orders
    • Occasionally orders are returned to us as undeliverable.  We issue a full credit when an order is returned as undeliverable.  We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned as undeliverable.  Please place a new order with a corrected or revised address.
