ive always been a fan of castlevania. i am new to flash and i wanted to do a version of this scene with different graphics. i am having a little trouble with the action script. maybe you can help me out since you seem like you have that part pretty good.

Cool... I finally beat Dracula!

I never beat the first Castlevania because I could NEVER get past the Grim Reaper ( bastard! ). Only later on did I learn about the holy water "trick" to defeating him! Damn! LOL!

OK... as far as this game goes, it was alright. No secondary weapons sucked, and the controls too a while to get used to, but considering that Dracula does the "teleport, 3 fireballs" attack in many of the Castlevania games, I practiced, used past experience, and beat him after 5 tries.

My main complaint is that touching Dracula and losing so much life was CHEAP. If he teleports on you you'll lose a 1/3 of your life. Not fair! Plus, the game was rather "short and sweet."

Overall, nice quickie. Good work.

it was really good but when i tried to hit dracula while i was jumping i just stayed in the air and kept swinging without my whip and it looked like i was jackin off
