How did he know it were 38 one hunderd dollar bills? You can't see that from such a distance. Unless he stood there for quite a while counting the bills from a distance, or maybe he put those dollar bills there beforehand so he already knew it were 38? That bit needed to be explained a bit more i think.
Little mistakes like that distracts me from the main story and also confuse me a bit. So try to be a little more detailed next time.

Best Movie Ever

Funny satire about the Y2K bug, but the animation wasn't that great itself.

This was the 11th cartoon ever submitted! It's one of the earliest I've ever encountered on this website. Yeah, I'm doing a whole new thing now. The animation has not held up. It showed the Earth blowing up. Then it showed it not being blown up.

Is it like the Demented Cartoon Movie? That was the longest submission here for awhile. You're too late for the Y2K bug. Besides, the New Millenium didn't technically start until 2001. You've done much better things.
