Not necessarily, bowser support for the flash player will be removed but I'm sure that you can still use flash to create content.

For games, we have the Newgrounds Player and Ruffle (this emulates flash). So the flash player won't really be needed here on Newgrounds (I'm not sure with other websites that use flash thogh). Or if you want, you can make games that make use of WebGL, Unity, or HTML5.
For animations, you can convert your swf file into am mp4 format using Swivel. Here's a link for Swivel:
